Step 1 - Determine Print Size & Quantity:

Step 2- Prepare your graphics:
To submit your graphics for immediate processing, be sure to meet submission guidelines.
Submission Guidelines:
300DPI JPEG / PDF, flattened PSD, or TIFF- cymk color mode 1/8" Full Bleed (keep all images and text 1/8" from edge of specified print size) Use an archiving utility such as WinZip or Stuffit to submit the file.

Step 3 - Submit your work
Send an email with your attachment to graphics@dzinedetail.com, include a contact name and number.

Step 4 - Confirmation
A Dzine Detail Sales Rep will contact you to confirm your order and to process payment. If you have not received a confirmation call back or e-mail from Dzine Detail within 2 hours please contact our office for immediate attention and to verify that your order has been received and processed.

If your Business Card Needs to be Actual size?

Due to our gang run printing, it is extremely hard to cut business cards to an exact 3.5x2 size. Business Cards are always cut down about 1/16 inch when printed on a gang run. If a business card needs to be final size 3.5x2 then the client must request this before ordering and an additional fee will be added. Contact a representative at Dzine Detail for questions on how to set up a business card [final size 3.5x2].

Do we know how to reach you?

Give us your daytime and evening phone numbers. If you are on a tight deadline and looking for quick turnaround, it is also a good idea to give us the name and phone number of someone else who can speak knowledgeably, answer questions, and make decisions about you job.

Are your files proofed?

By the time the job goes to the press, all edits should be final, the copy carefully proofread, and design issues settled. When you go to press, make sure the copy has been pre approved. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOFING ANY SUBMITTED JOBS.

Is the color on your job critical?

If your job is color critical, you MUST ORDER A COLOR PROOF at the time of your order. If a color proof is not ordered we are not responsible for any color variations from your monitor to our presses. We cannot stress this enough, color variations will occur, if you need to attain perfect color on your job it can only be achieved by a color proof.

Job Specs ATTENTION, IF YOUR JOB IS COLOR CRITICAL!

If your job is color critical you "MUST" request a Matchprint® Color Proof along with your job. Matchprint® Color Proofs are not included in our prices. Color is extremely subjective, if you waive your right to a color proof, we will match color to the best of our ability and will rely solely on our judgment.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. A .25 inch border containing no live area "MUST" be allowed for cutting purposes.
2. The size of the printed piece will be the same as the document size listed under Page Setup in the application program.
3. Front and Back of document should be setup as two separate pages, do not create both sides in a single file or page.
4. Files should be setup at a minimum of 300dpi [dots per inch] resolution.
5. Files must be saved in CMYK format.
6. All solid Black areas should be composed as a combination of Cyan 50%, Magenta 20%, Yellow 20%, and Black 100%.

PROOFING

By the time your job is received, all edits should be finalized, the copy carefully proofread and all design issues should be settled. We are not responsible for proofing any submitted jobs and we will not take any responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part after submission of work.

CANCELING A JOB ALREADY IN PROGRESS

Design fees wil not be refunded once a proof has been sent to the client. Due to the fast turn around time on printing jobs, an order can not be canceled once it is sent to print.
